The Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients throughout their recovery. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, monitor their progress, and work closely with the care team to ensure they receive appropriate and timely treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patient rounds and evaluate patients' medical conditions
• Assess patient progress and identify changes in clinical status
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Communicate effectively with nursing, therapy, social work, and other clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Participate in care coordination and support patients throughout their recovery

Qualifications

• Current Nurse practitioner license in Washington
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
