A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Endocrinology team as the lead.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Provide endocrinology care in an outpatient setting across assigned clinic locations
• Lead and support a team of advanced practice providers within the division
• Oversee one advanced practice provider with inpatient responsibilities as part of the care model
• Coordinate patient care, follow-up, and administrative workflow for endocrine services
• Collaborate with physicians, diabetes educators, and other clinical staff to support a high-functioning specialty team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of advanced practice provider experience in endocrinology
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Experience in a Leadership role
