Pay Details:

For Locals: $67/hr to $73/hr

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate:      $70.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $2,520.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:    $28.00
Hourly Stipend:                              $42.00    
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):  $1,008.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):    $1,512.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $73.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $2,628.00

Our client is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality emergency care to patients with varying levels of acuity. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor conditions, and promote patient safety.

Working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals, the RN will coordinate patient care, respond to emergencies, document patient information, and support safe and effective care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with varying levels of acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Support safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes
• Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department RN experience – Required
• Active Washington State RN license or Multi-State RN license with required verifications
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications – Required
• Approved 6-hour suicide training – Required
• Meditech experience – Preferred
• Strong Emergency Department knowledge and clinical experience – Required
• Must be a dependable team player
