Pay Details:

For Locals:
$57/hour to $62/hour

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $60.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,400.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $18.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $720.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,680.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:

Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $62.00/hour
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,480.00

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Acute Rehabilitation team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery while supporting their recovery, independence, and mobility.

The RN will work closely with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, monitor progress, provide education, and support safe discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

' Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting
' Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and monitor clinical progress
' Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
' Monitor patients for changes in condition and communicate significant findings promptly
' Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
' Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery goals, medications, and discharge planning
' Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records
' Promote patient safety and adherence to hospital policies and procedures
' Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress discussions
' Support patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process

Qualifications:

' Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) ' Required
' Master's degree in nursing ' Preferred
' Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
' Rehabilitation or Occupational Health experience preferred
' Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for PA licensure
' Current BLS certification required
' Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
