Location: Connable Ave, Petoskey, MI 49770
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $63 to $70/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $75.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,700.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $15.50
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $558.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $2,142.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $77.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,772.00

Join a high-performing Cardiovascular Unit caring for complex cardiac and post-surgical patients. The RN Stepdown utilizes strong clinical judgment to assess, diagnose, and manage patient responses to cardiac conditions including CHF, post-cardiac procedures, electrophysiology studies, and open-heart recovery. You'll monitor EKGs, manage cardiac drips, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide exceptional, evidence-based care.

Requirements:

• 1+ year recent RN experience (Required)
• Proficiency in cardiac/telemetry care (Required)
• EKG comfortability (Required)
• Traveler status (Required)
• Willingness to float to similar units (Required)
• Active Michigan RN license; LARA & Nursys verification
• ACLS & BLS
