Mobile Nurse Practitioner | Primary Care | San Fernando Valley & Antelope Valley

Make a meaningful impact by bringing high-quality, patient-centered care directly to patients where they live.  As a Mobile Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex patients in their homes and through virtual visits throughout the San Fernando & Antelope Valleys.

This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who values autonomy, relationship-based care, and practicing at the top of their license. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable and underserved patients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000-$178,000 base salary + performance bonus

Qualifications:

• MSN from an accredited program and current NP certification
• At least 1 year of NP or equivalent advanced practice experience
• Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses
• Ability to travel throughout assigned area
