• Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm -- 8hr shift, 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• 5 - 6 patients per day to meet guaranteed hours
• Home health setting -- 1:1 patient ratio
• OASIS experience required
• Skills: acute care, pediatrics, ADLs, modalities, cardiac rehab, edema massage
• 1 year of home health experience required
• BLS certification required

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
