Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $57 (W2) to $60 (1099) /hour (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $62.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,170.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $15.00

Hourly stipend: $47.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $525.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,645.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $64.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$2,240.00

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist provides rehabilitative care to patients experiencing physical limitations due to injury, illness, or disability. They assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being while supporting patients throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, and assistive device usage.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants, aides, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of practice.
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
