Locums - A great facility is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA for locums in northern Michigam. 

• Start ASAP for approximately 12-week assignment minimum
• Monday through Thursday schedule, 10-hour shifts
• Approx 18-22 ppd
• Adult and Geriatric patient population
• Duties include preventative care, evaluation of acute conditions, disability exams, pelvic exams, etc.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Local candidates preferred
• EMR: EPIC
• Active MI license, DEA, BLS required
• Must submit a recently pulled NPDB (within 30 days) for consideration
• Competitive hourly rate, mileage, and malpractice provided
