For Travelers W2 Candidates:

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $67.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,412.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $29.00

Hourly stipend: $38.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,044.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,368.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $70.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$2,520.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Specialty to provide high-quality care to patients on a surgical specialty unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical specialty patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
  
  

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate Compact (eNLC) RN license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care surgical floor.
• ENT and/or Transplant surgical experience required.
• Stepdown/PCU experience required.
• Transplant experience preferred
