Job Description

COTA to work on the Inpatient rehab unit or the acute care unit. Rehab averages 12 pts. There are options for co treats with PTA in acute care.

Submission Requirements

• Will accept new grads - [REQUIRED]
• Recent traveler experience - [PREFERRED]

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (NBCOT & BLS - AHA)
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

• Oklahoma

Pay Details:

Locals: $35-&38/hr

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates W2:

- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $40.00

- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,440.00

OR

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $42.00

Weekly 1099 Traveller Pay Rate: $1,512.00
