Pay Details :
On W2 (Travel):
Blended Hourly rate: $60/hr, Weekly: $2400
Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$2,592.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$30.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend:$30.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$1,200.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$1,200.00

OR

On 1099 (Travel):
Hourly Pay Rate (1099):$62.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099):$2,480.00

Requirements:
1+ year experience in hospice - [Required]
-Valid driver's license - [Required]
-good driving record and reliable transportation - Required
