Job Title: RN ' Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Bay City, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM ' 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Overtime Starts After: 40 Hours
Local Candidates are not accepted (If permanent address is within 35 miles of the facility, travel rates will be reduced)

Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend:
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2):$74.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$2,664.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$40.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend:$34.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$1,440.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$1,224.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:$2,664.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099):$78.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099):$2,808.00

Requirements:
Active Michigan RN License (Required at Submission)
2+ Years of ICU Experience Required
Comfortable Floating to ED and Step-Down Units Required
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
NIHSS
Travel Experience Preferred
Neuro Surgical Experience Preferred
Open Heart Experience Preferred

Preferred Certifications:
TCAR/TNCC/CCRN/SCRN

Additional Information:
No On-Call Requirement
Every Other Weekend Required
