Duration: 13 Weeks (with possibility of extension)
Shift: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours Guaranteed
On-Call Required

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates:
' Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $68.00
' Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,720.00
' Min. Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $37.00
' Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,480.00
' Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,240.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
' Pay Rate on 1099: $72.00/hr
' Weekly 1099 Pay Rate: $2,880.00

Key Responsibilities:
' Provide specialized nursing care before, during, and after pediatric cardiac procedures.
' Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
' Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products as ordered.
' Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
' Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
' Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
' Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:
' Active RN License
' Associate Degree in Nursing
' Minimum 1 Year of RN Experience
' Current BLS, ACLS & PALS (AHA)
' Pediatric Cath Lab Experience Required

Preferred:
' BSN
' Strong communication and organizational skills
' Experience in a fast-paced procedural environment
