Job Title: RN Med/Surg Stepdown

Location: 13^th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $60.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,160.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.73
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $998.28
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,161.72

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $67.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,412.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care on our Med/Surg/Stepdown floor.
• Demonstrate recent Epic experience and complete Epic testing during orientation.
• Provide care to patients with medical and surgical needs, including those in Stepdown settings.
• Float to other med/surg and non-med/surg units as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical/surgical and stepdown nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Preferred experience in ICU.
• Must be located at least 50 miles away from the facility address (as per Driver's License).
• Willingness to float to various units as needed.
