The provider will serve as a first assist in open-heart procedures and participate in the continuum of patient care, including pre-operative consultations, post-operative management in the ICU and inpatient setting, daily rounds, and admissions. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen advanced procedural and surgical skills while contributing to a respected cardiac surgery program.

Qualified candidates include Physician Assistants with cardiac surgery experience or strong related clinical training, as well as Nurse Practitioners who possess RNFA certification.
