Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant ' Sleep Medicine
Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and sleep-focused assessments
- Diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep-related conditions
- Interpret diagnostic studies, including polysomnography (sleep studies) and home sleep apnea testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families regarding sleep disorders, treatment options, and healthy sleep habits
- Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active Arizona NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- DEA license or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment
- Sleep Medicine experience is preferred but not required
