OVERVIEW

Experienced Pain Medicine Nurse Practitioner/APRN ' Full Time, Outpatient

ROLE

1:4 Weekly: Shared phone call from home; no need to come to hospital

Serve adult patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions

Collaborate with other specialties and primary care

EMR Meditech

Perform office-based evaluations, medication management, education, referrals for interventional procedures, and minor in-office procedures

Practicing autonomously; will have own patient panel

Procedures may include trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox, and more

MAT services with X-waiver preferred

PACKAGE

Salary $150,000 (1.0 FTE) for experienced APRN + $10k Annual Bonus

wRVU bonus potential, Sign Bonus & Paid Call

'Ability to obtain/maintain NP license in New Hampshire
'2 years Pain Medicine experience preferred
