A well-established primary care clinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its collaborative team located 90 miles North of Phoenix. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Provide patient education and preventative care guidance
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
