Physician Assistant ' Entry Level ' Post-Graduate Experience Not Required

A well-established and growing private hematology/oncology practice on Florida's beautiful Treasure Coast is looking to add a Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to their team.

This is an outpatient, Monday through Friday position with no hospital duties. The practice has multiple office locations throughout Martin and St. Lucie counties, all within a reasonable driving distance of one another. The provider would rotate between offices but would not be required to work at more than one location on the same day.

The group is comprised of several Board-Certified Hematologists/Oncologists and a strong team of advanced practice providers, all focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate cancer care in a patient-centered environment. The anticipated patient volume is approximately 10 patients per day.

The provider would participate in telephone call during the week approximately two times per month, as well as one weekend per quarter.

Post-graduate experience is not required; however, candidates must have a strong willingness to learn and an interest in hematology/oncology. The group will consider new Physician Assistant graduates. New ARNP graduates may also be considered; however, ARNP candidates must have prior RN experience in oncology.

Compensation is in the range of $110,000 to $115,000, along with a full and comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and the opportunity for a future production incentive.
