A health services organization in Colorado is seeking a new Certified Midwife to join their team in Glenwood Springs, focusing on supporting outpatient services with a mix of clinic and limited inpatient duties.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 1 to 2 shifts per week
• Hours: 9am to 5pm (with 24-hour call coverage)

Responsibilities:

• Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care
• Sexual and reproductive health
• Gynecologic care
• Family planning and preconception services
• Annual wellness exams
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and/or Midwifery
• Certification as a Certified Midwife
• Proficiency in using EPIC EMR
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to prescribe medications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in a related field
• Additional Midwifery certifications
• Experience in Women's Health Services
• Comprehensive patient care experience
