• Day shift 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
• 40 scheduled hours per week
• Outpatient setting
• OT home health with adult general medicine, ortho, and neuro
• BLS certification required
• 2 years minimum experience preferred
• 13 week assignment
• Up to 6 call offs allowed per 13 weeks

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
