• Monday - Friday 8hr day shift
• 36 guaranteed hours/week with expectation of up to 40 hours
• 12 - 14 patients per day
• 60 visits per week productivity expectation
• Outpatient ortho clinic
• Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred
• Float to other clinics available
• Travel team option in clinic or neighboring clinic

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
