• Week on/week off schedule, 77 hours per pay period
• 11-hour shifts, 7 shifts per week
• Start time between 6:30am and 9:30am
• Variety of patients including adolescents and adult detox
• Outpatient primary health for ages 4 and up
• New patient visits 1-2 hours, follow-ups 30min-1hour
• Must have at least 12 months of experience
• Primary medical services and consultation experience required
