• Full-time 8-hour shifts with 4/9-hour shift option
• One evening shift per week 11am - 9pm
• One weekend day per month
• 20 - 24 patients per 8 hours, 25 - 27 per 9 hours
• Primary care experience required
• Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range 6 months and up
• Coverage for nearby sites may be needed
