A high-volume, Level I Trauma Center in the Champaign-Urbana, Illinois area, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and well-supported Emergency Department team. Opportunity Highlights

Schedule:

• Variable, rotating 12-hour shifts
• 13?14 shifts per 4-week schedule block
• Monthly rotation of day, evening, and overnight shifts
• 3 holidays annually (one major winter holiday required)

Clinical Environment:

• Busy Level I Trauma Center
• Average volume of 200?300 patients per day
• Over 92,000 Emergency Department visits annually
• Evaluate and manage patients with ESI levels 1?5

Team Structure & Support:

• APP-friendly group with over 15 Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborative practice alongside 45 Emergency Medicine physicians
• On-site Emergency Department pharmacists and social workers
• 24/7 In-House Specialty Coverage:
• Anesthesiology
• Hospital Medicine
• OB/GYN
• Intensivists
• Pediatric Hospitalists and PICU
• Trauma Surgery

Qualifications

• Master?s degree in Nursing
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 1?2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience as an Emergency Medicine Provider

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Compensation Range: $63.72 ? $82.84
• Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, training, licensure, shifts worked, and other factors
