A thriving dermatology practice near Boise, Idaho is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its close-knit team of providers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private practice environment that values your expertise, autonomy, and ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Position Details:

• Full-time position with flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week
• Provide a mix of general / medical dermatology and light cosmetic procedures (optional)
• See 3235 patients per day, supported by two dedicated medical assistants
• Work with an EMR system for streamlined patient care
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team of dermatology providers

Compensation & Benefits:

• Strong earning potential with a guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections
• Providers in this role can earn $200,000+ per year
