We are seeking a Adult Primary Care NP or PA to serve as the sole provider caring for patients. Candidates must have recent outpatient primary care experience.

This is a full time role following a Mon-Fri schedule. We are looking for confident, patient centered clinicians who can independently manage a diverse panel while delivering high quality, evidence based care.
