Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary for this role is $139,300-$148,005 annually
• Sign-on bonus

Position Details

• Outpatient only
• Pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Mix of well visits and acute care
• Up to 18 patient a day
• Full-time schedule: 4-day work week. 32 Hours of patient care and 8 hours of admin time that can be completed remotely

What You?ll Be Working On

• Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Treating patients in the office and occasionally via telehealth
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certified
• In the past 5 years, practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting
