A busy Internal Medicine practice is seeking aFull-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwithat least one year of post-graduate experiencein an Internal Medicine or Primary Care setting. This is a strictlyoutpatient rolewith a stable Monday'Friday schedule (8:00 AM'5:00 PM), offering excellent work-life balance.

Position Overview

The provider, under the direction of the attending physician, will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients
• Manage chronic and acute conditions
• Establish and follow treatment plans
• Perform ongoing monitoring and patient education

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of postgraduate experience in Internal Medicine/Primary Care
• Experience withManaged Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS coding(required)
• Active Florida license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
