About the Role

• 3.5 days a week (Monday-Friday) 
• Round and go environment
• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans

Qualifications

• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Tennessee (we are unable to consider LCSWs in this position currently)
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed therapist with preference given to those with experience in long-term care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $45,556 to $53,767 with no cap on productivity income.
