Locums Columbia, South Carolina - CRNA Opening

We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a high-acuity, fast-paced assignment at a Level I Trauma Center with full pediatric services. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a robust anesthesia department with strong clinical support and advanced resources.

• Start Date: April 27, 2026

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule Options:

  • 8-hour shifts: 6:45a 2:45p

  • 10-hour shifts: 6:45a 4:45p

  • 12-hour shifts: 6:45a 6:45p (preferred)

• Coverage Needs: Primarily 12s, with flexibility for 10s and 8s

• Call Requirement: 1 weekend (Saturday/Sunday, 7a starts) per quarter

• Facility Type: Level I Trauma Center

• Patient Volume: ~100 anesthesia cases per day

• Patient Population: NICU through geriatric

• Support Staff: 24/7 anesthesia technician coverage

• EMR: Epic

• Procedural Areas:

  • Interventional Radiology

  • Endoscopy

  • Pulmonary Lab

  • MRI & CT

  • Radiation Oncology

  • EP Labs (4)

• Equipment: GE Avance anesthesia machines

• NBCRNA Certification: Required

• Active South Carolina License: Required

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Required

• Background: Clean background required
