$460,000 Annual Compensation + Post-Call Day Off

Lead the anesthesia practice as the Chief CRNA, overseeing an all-CRNA team while benefiting from a schedule that prioritizes balance.

Position Details

• Location: Show Low, AZ

• Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

• Base Compensation: $425,000

• Stipend: $35,000

• Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

• Time Off: 13 weeks annually

• Call: Post-call day off
