This rural health primary care clinic serves a diverse patient population across all age groups. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a dedicated lunch closure from 12 PM to 1 PM. Clinicians utilize the Cerner electronic medical record system for comprehensive patient documentation and care coordination.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages in a rural health clinic setting. Daily responsibilities include managing approximately 20 patients per day across diverse age demographics with no call requirements. The position requires Colorado licensure and DEA certification, with mandatory COVID and flu vaccinations. Clinicians will work collaboratively with another onsite nurse practitioner and receive support from medical assistants and registered nursing staff.
