The center operates with a collaborative staffing model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to deliver patient-centered treatment. The facility maintains standard operating hours Monday through Friday to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

The physician associate will provide comprehensive medical oncology care in an outpatient setting, managing 10-12 patients daily during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include conducting new patient consultations with a shared model approach on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, collaborating with physicians and nurse practitioners to ensure optimal patient care. The role requires managing oncology treatment plans, follow-up care, and maintaining accurate documentation without call requirements or board certification mandates.
