Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading academic medical center just north of Boston in seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly regarded and expanding Neurocritical Care program. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment that cares for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients.

Position Highlights

• Join a dedicated team of 5 Neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• Practice in a 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit, expanding to 12 beds within the next year
• Primary critical care role managing adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions
• Collaborative, team-based model with strong attending support
• Perform procedures, including arterial lines, central lines, and lumbar punctures
• No prior Neurocritical Care experience required; critical care experience preferred
• Strong emphasis on teaching, quality improvement, and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Perform patient histories and physical examinations
• Develop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans
• Interpret laboratory data, imaging, and physiologic monitoring
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Work semi-autonomously while collaborating closely with Neurointensivists

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $133,120 - $215,000
• Compensation based on experience, training, certifications, and role responsibilities
