Position Details

Outpatient clinic and telehealth role

Flexible hours

Clinic hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• One Saturday per month: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification required
• 1-2 Years of experience as a Psychiatric provider
• Active Ohio APRN license or ability to obtain licensure in Ohio
