• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm to 6pm with surgical call coverage
• 1100 cases annually with 70% OR first assisting, 30% floor/ICU
• Hospital setting with cardiovascular surgery focus
• First assist in CABG, valve cases, heart transplants, VADs
• Manage post-op care in ICU and step-down units
• Weekend call 1:4-6 with rounding duties 1:4-5
• Average surgery length 1.5 hours, standard cases 2-2.5 hours
• ACLS certification required
