A large hospital is seeking a neurology physician associate for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Maryland.

This position begins ASAP and starts as a threemonth contract with the possibility of extension. The schedule consists of nightonly shifts, each lasting 13 hours from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., with no call required. The patient load varies but typically includes up to 10 patients, with common cases involving strokes, seizures, occasional craniotomies, and aneurysms. Night coverage includes one APP and one attending physician, and no procedures are required for this role.
