We are currently seeking a family nurse practitioner for a state-of-the-art community health center in Surprise (Phoenix suburb), which provides the most advanced, comprehensive care possible.

About the Job:

• Seeking providers with a minimum of five years of experience who have a passion for the underserved patient population
• Outpatient only clinic, working in a small group setting
• Manageable patient census - providers see adult patients
• Solid compensation - $110K to $145K
• Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement options
