Locums Phoenix, Arizona | CRNA Opportunity

A Level I trauma center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced CRNAs for locum coverage beginning February 16, 2026. This role offers flexible scheduling with a mix of day, night, weekend, OB, and OR shifts in a supervised model.

Coverage Details:

Start Date: February 16, 2026
Duration: Ongoing (minimum 4-week commitment)
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM7:00 PM or 7:00 PM7:00 AM)
Schedule:
34 shifts per week (36+ hours weekly)
Must be flexible for days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month
Night coverage: 36 night shifts per month, based on department needs
Night shifts may be in OB or OR

Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if available

Practice Setting:

Supervised anesthesia model
Level I Trauma Center
Mix of OB and OR coverage

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
Current OB experience required, including high-risk OB cases
Flexibility to cover varied shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR)
Level I trauma experience preferred

Licensing & Credentialing:

Arizona licensed providers: ~6 weeks
IMLC: ~2 months
Non-licensed providers: ~3 months
Credentialing may begin with pending license
Timelines based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history
