• 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a, must be open to days and nights
• Level 1 trauma center, 90% blunt and 10% penetrating trauma
• 32-bed MSTICU and 10-bed trauma step-down unit
• Mostly rounding with occasional OR coverage
• Average 1900 trauma activations per year
• Chest tubes and central lines required procedures
• First assist experience preferred but not required
• ATLS and BLS certification required
