Join a stable, friendly practice in Minnesota offering exceptional schedule flexibility and work-life balance. This full-time role allows you to mix 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts, contoured to equal 40 hours per week, so you can build a schedule that fits your lifestyle. There is No Call responsibility! Enjoy a supportive environment with a solid case mix to include general, ortho, OB/GYN, hearts, neuro, peds, vascular, trauma, endo. Outside of work, you'll be within easy driving distance of multiple ski resorts, making it ideal for those who enjoy winter sports. A $100,000 sign-on bonus is included! SRNA Stipend available.
