Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Compensation: $170,000–$185,000 | Full-Time, In-Person

A federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the Los Angeles suburbs is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care in a mission-driven, team-based setting. This role serves a diverse patient population and offers a supportive environment focused on high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, postpartum, well-woman, and gynecologic care

• Perform OB/GYN procedures (IUDs, biopsies, colposcopy, OB ultrasound)

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests

• Manage acute and chronic OB/GYN conditions

• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care workflows

• Document care in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications

• Active California CNM license & Board Certification

• DEA & BLS required; CPSP preferred

• Experience in OB/GYN care; FQHC/PCMH experience preferred

• Strong communication skills; Spanish bilingual preferred
