• Shift: 5x8 Days; 8am - 4:30pm
• Call Required: 1 Sunday per 5 weeks
• Weekends: every 5th week take 2 day off during the week and work on Sat and Sun to do admits
• Patient Diagnoses: Mostly general weakness, back pain, lots of orthopedic knees
• Home health experience required
• PT does the admit, eval, reassessments, and the discharge mainly
• PTA's do the routine visits
• Minimum 1 year experience required

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
