• Average daily census for ED/UC combined: 40 - 60 patients
• Monthly UC average: 600 patients, monthly ED census: 800 patients
• Daily provider structure: 1 physician, 1 ED APC, 1 UC APC
• Provider will cover both ED and UC APC shifts
