• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 40 hours per week
• 20 - 25 patients per day with 20-minute appointments
• Clinic setting with 3 days downtown, 2 days floating to nearby clinics
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population, primarily adults
• Experience with underserved and homeless populations preferred
• 2 years family practice experience required
• Minimum productivity requirement of 2.4 patients per hour by week 4
• Complex patient care including addiction and non-compliance issues
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
