- Conduct preliminary review/examination of data pertaining to an individual diagnosis and past medical history, compile and organize pertinent information. - Compile and organize examination information, determine indications and contraindications for treatment and develop treatment programs. - Implement treatment plans in individual or group settings. - Provide instruction, education, motivation and in coordination with other personnel as needed, to ensure compliance with stated therapeutic programs and goals. - Track impact of procedures' effects in patients, long- and short-term effects of different types of therapy, and appropriateness of a specific therapies. - Document information related to all patients care. - Perform non-technical maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunctions. - Performs Other Duties as Assigned
