• Facility prefers Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm with 40 hour guarantee
• Most requesting 10 hour days 7:30 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday
• Weekend requirement of 1 weekend day per month
• Outpatient and inpatient setting
• Outpatient rehab treating pediatric and adult patients
• Pediatric experience required
• Acute care experience highly preferred
• BLS certification required

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
