Affiliated with Rutgers and Robert Wood Johnson Medical Schools.- Provide consistent, high-quality perioperative/postoperative care for all surgery patients.- You will be expected to function as an active member of the surgery patient care team. - Responsibilities include surgical first assisting, perioperative/postoperative management, hospital rounds on inpatients, and emergency room consultations. The APP will be expected to work to the full extent of their licensure with an emphasis on supervised autonomy.EMR: EPICRequired Qualifications:- New Grads will be considered- Current APN Certification- Current RN NJ state license- CDS, DEA, Current BLS/ACLS- RNFA Certification *exception if Surgical NP certification has surgical assist built into the program Preferred Qualifications:- Acute care certification- 3-5 years of acute care hospital experience
